Product introduction & Application:
Wear resistant ceramic alumina tile is used for oil, mine, steel and eclectic industry to protect damage of the tube wall from impact of the raw material and erosion from the chemical substances and the heat shock.
It can reduce the abrasion to save the maintain cost, extend the service life of the machine. Apply for all the machines which have high wear resistance damaged, such as thermal power, steel, smelt, machine, mine, coal, chemical, cement industry for transport, milling system, discharging dust system, dust collect system.

High hardness: Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, just less than diamond but much higher than wear-resistant steel and stainless steel;
Excellent abrasive resistance: 266 times more than Mn-steel for abrasive resistance, 171.5 times more than high Cr-steel;
Light weight: The density is 3.6g/cm3 which just half of the steel, it can reduce the load of the machine;
Firmly bonded with good heat resistance: Use heat-resisting glue to stick with the inside wall of machines under 350℃ working long time without damage.
